Collection and Recycling Arrangements in Portugal

Plasma Surgical products are sold in Portugal by dealers and distributors. The dealers and distributors act as the importer of the equipment into Portugal. Thus the dealers and distributors have the legal responsibility to:

• Register as the WEEE producer in Portugal.
• Provide arrangements for arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Plasma Surgical products that the dealer and distributor sells in Portugal.
