Collection and Recycling Arrangements in the Netherlands

Plasma Surgical products are sold in the Netherlands by dealers and distributors. The dealers and distributors act as the importer of the equipment into the Netherlands. Thus the dealers and distributors have the legal responsibility to:

• Register as the WEEE producer in the Netherlands.
• Provide arrangements for arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Plasma Surgical products that the dealer and distributor sells in the Netherlands.

Alternatively, end users in the Netherlands are welcome to send WEEE back to Plasma Surgical in the United Kingdom for recycling. End users should ensure that they comply with any national regulations in the Netherlands on the transport of waste equipment back to the United Kingdom.
