Collection and Recycling Arrangements in the Czech Republic

Plasma Surgical products are sold in the Czech Republic by dealers and distributors. The dealers and distributors act as the importer of the equipment into the Czech Republic. Thus the dealers and distributors have the legal responsibility to:

• Register as the WEEE producer in the Czech Republic.
• Provide arrangements for arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Plasma Surgical products that the dealer and distributor sells in the Czech Republic.

Alternatively, end users in the Czech Republic are welcome to send WEEE back to Plasma Surgical in the United Kingdom for recycling.
