Collection and Recycling Arrangements in Austria

Plasma Surgical products are sold in Austria by dealers and distributors. The dealers and distributors act as the importer of the equipment into Austria. Thus the dealers and distributors have the legal responsibility to:

• Register as the WEEE producer in Austria.
• Provide arrangements for arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Plasma Surgical products that the dealer and distributor sells in Austria.

Alternatively, end users in Austria are welcome to send WEEE back to Plasma Surgical in the United Kingdom for recycling. End users should ensure that they comply with any national regulations in Austria on the transport of waste equipment back to the United Kingdom.
